Shipping Policy:

Please note: shipping is dependent upon a lot of factors. We will do our best to maintain efficiency and speed based upon which shipping method you choose: standard, express, priority, or free. If there is an issue or delay within the shipping process that is within our control, we will update you as soon as possible. We typically use USPS ground service transportation (unless another method is necessary) so your location will be a factor of whether or not shipping arrives sooner than expected. You will also be provided with a tracking number on shipping label as soon as its generated. If there is any issue with shipping, please email us or reach out through our contact page.

Refund Policy:

Please note: as an appreciated customer, if you need to return an item, for any reason at all, you are permitted to do so within 30 days of purchase date as long as the item remains in good condition. Reach out to us through email or on our contact page within the 30-day period and we will begin the process. Customer is required to pay for any shipping fees for return package. Please allow 7-14 business days for full refund to be processed from the time item has been shipped and received. If there is any issue within this process, we will be sure to communicate effectively on our end.
